Meet Draven — Founder & CEO
I was born and raised in Ephrata and Lititz, Pennsylvania. Lancaster isn't just where I work — it's home. And everything I'm building with Kravix Co is rooted in this community.
Construction wasn't something I chose — it chose me. My grandfather owned and operated a powder-coating and manufacturing company, and I grew up watching what it meant to build something from the ground up. My father was an ironworker in the Philadelphia union, helping construct bridges and skyscrapers. In my family, construction wasn't just a career. It was a set of values — precision, durability, accountability, and pride in the work.
I formally pursued that path through the Career and Technical Center's manufacturing program, then the heavy equipment program — three and a half years of hands-on technical training that gave me a foundation most contractors never develop.
In 2016, I watched my grandfather's business close. That experience left a mark. It taught me both the pride of entrepreneurship and the necessity of resilience, financial discipline, and systems. It became part of my blueprint.
When the time came to build something of my own, I didn't want to just start another contractor company. I wanted to build something that meant something — a business rooted in integrity, structured for longevity, and run with the same discipline I learned watching the men in my family work.
So in 2025, I launched Kravix Co. With my wife and daughter as my motivation, and faith as my foundation.

My wife and I are active members of St. Mary's Church here in Lancaster. Faith isn't a footnote in how we operate — it's the foundation. We believe that the quality of your work is a reflection of your character, and that every project we take on is an opportunity to serve a family well.
When I'm not on a job site, I'm with my daughter. She's the reason the long days matter. I'm building Kravix Co so that one day she can point to it and know that her father built something that stood for something. That's not a marketing line — it's the truth.
